1. How many people will your room hold?
Seating capacity is dependent on the table setup of your event. However, we can accommodate groups of up to 100 guests. If your group is larger, we can also rent the entirety of the facility which can hold up to 160 guests in addition to the patio. (Weather permitting)
2. Does your event room have AV capabilities and /or Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we offer wireless projection equipment and a screen along with a wireless microphone as well. Wi-Fi is free to all guests.
3. Can we rent just the room without purchasing food?
Yes, please reach out to Traveler’s for details regarding booking without food.
4. Can we bring in our own food?
We do not allow outside food or beverages except for celebratory cake/cupcakes for events.
5. What type of food service do you offer?
We can accommodate buffet style, plated meals, boxed lunches, pre-ordered banquet style, appetizer buffets, and for some groups with smaller guest counts we can also offer a shortened version of our restaurant menu.
6. What are the food options available?
We have seasonal offerings available, and we like to build your menu to fit your specific event. Every gathering has a different purpose, and we like to work with our clients to ensure that our menu fits their specific gathering and budget. Once you speak with our staff, we will gather details for your event and our in-house chef will build a menu based on those details. We will work with you leading up to your event to ensure food options are to your liking.
7. Do you have cocktails?
Yes, we offer a full-service bar including house specialty and seasonal cocktails.
8. Can we have linen on our tables?
Yes, we offer linen tablecloths and napkins for an additional fee. Linen items must be ordered at least 3 weeks prior to the event date.
9. Can we book the patio?
Yes, we have limited seating capacity at the moment, but stay tuned, we have big plans for our patio extension!
10. Can we book off-site catering?
Yes, we offer catering to offsite events as well!
